| “Well, I’ll admit when I’m wrong. I made these as an experiment at my husband’s bidding. Never intended them to be one of the flavors. We had people taste them and they were well received. I thought that would be enough for him to move along. But he kept asking “ when are we going to add them as a flavor” so I said “OK we’ll try it”. Who would have thought, they were a hit. The creamy pungent bite of the blue cheese with the spice of the cayenne and buffalo sauce reminds us all of that favorite bar snack that we all love. ” |
